Brad Piper

Hi! My name is Brad and I’m a real estate agent and investor based in Dallas, TX. After starting my career as a CPA in the corporate accounting world, I discovered that instead of spreadsheets and financial statements…my passion was real estate (though I do still love spreadsheets). I became a Realtor locally, and started investing in real estate around the country. Owning and operating properties in seven different states, I have developed a passion for serving people in the unique field of niche and elevated vacations. An avid traveler myself, I am no stranger to some of the bad experiences that people can have while traveling, and my goal is to treat people with respect and intentionality so they can enjoy their vacations, without worrying about uncomfortable/unresponsive hosts or hotel receptionists. Home for me is Texas where my wife and I are growing our family and getting our Australian Shepherd’s energy out (as much as possible at least).

Jordan Dawsey

Hi, my name is Jordan Dawsey! As an Army Officer specializing in Department of Defense Acquisitions, I’ve always had a keen eye for strategic ventures and a passion for business. My journey in real estate began with a desire to translate my skills and expertise into tangible investment s that yield both financial returns and personal fulfillment. With a solid foundation in business management from my undergraduate studies, coupled with a master’s degree in Engineering, I approached real estate with a unique perspective, blending analytical rigor with entrepreneurial vision. My foray into real estate began with long-term investments, laying the groundwork for sustainable growth and learning. However, it was my partnership with Brad in short-term rentals that truly ignited my passion. Drawing upon my military background, I understand the importance of attention to detail and the value of creating environments that foster relaxation and rejuvenation. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or an extended vacation, my goal is to ensure that every guest leaves with cherished memories and a desire to return.
