Acceptance of Terms By using Cura Properties’ services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Reservation and Payment
Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. Reservations can be made through our website, by phone, or by email.
Full payment is required at the time of booking. A security deposit may be required, and will be specified at time of booking.
Rates are subject to change without notice until reservation is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to check-in date will receive a full refund minus a processing fee.
Cancellations made 14-29 days prior to check-in will receive a 50% refund.
No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to check-in.
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM local time.
Check-out time is 10:00 AM local time.
Late check-out may result in additional charges. Cura Properties reserves the right to change check-in and check-out times on an as-needed basis.
Property Rules and Guest Conduct
Guests must comply with all property rules provided upon check-in, as well as all local rules & regulations. No parties or events are allowed without prior written consent. Smoking is strictly prohibited inside all properties, and only permitted outside on some properties with all windows & doors shut. Pets are only allowed with prior written approval. All properties have quiet hours from 9pm-9am, guests are welcome to enjoy the exterior of the property, but must do so in a quiet and respectful manner that does not disrupt the peace and quiet of neighbors. Fees may apply if guests continue to violate this noise policy.
Damage and Liability
Guests are responsible for any damage to the property during their stay.
Cura Properties is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to guests or their belongings.
Property Descriptions
While we strive for accuracy, Cura Properties cannot guarantee that all property descriptions are error-free.
Privacy Policy
Guest information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Force Majeure
Cura Properties is not liable for non-performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the states in which the properties exist.
Modifications
Cura Properties reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
By making a reservation with Cura Properties, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
